  20. You can bet I`ve tried several Dialers, but none of them worked properly
  21. for me (by now).

  23. The problem is simply the different times the remote machine prompts it`s
  24. text. Then, sometimes the ISDN card itself has some trouble (sometimes
  25. prompting the CONNECTxxx after the login: prompt :) ).
  26. So, if it works 8 out of ten times it`s just not enough for me and I used
  27. to run term instead (which works fine for me :) !)
  28. Thanks for the suggestion, anyway, but I guess I know best what works
  29. (worked) for me and what not - this didn`t in the past, that`s the simple
  30. fact.

  32. Maybe I`ll try some never dialers or I`ll hook up one that works for my
  33. needs, but for now I`ll use a terminal program.

  35. BTW. Even if nobody else has the problems: term 4.6 definately crashes my
  36. machine when exiting (030+ version). The "000" version only does it 
  37. sometimes.

  39. Oh, right time to remember one thing: is it a bug or a feature of term
  40. that the previous login script is executed for the next number if it has no
  41. script for it`s own ?
  42. IMHO this "script thing" is there for several releases, yet.
  43. Seems like the name is accidently stored too long and then executred if not
  44. explicitly (?) overwritten by another string.
  45. Similar problem IMHO occur when entering new entries at all, but I can`t
  46. remember very well. I`ll check this one out again...
